"We are a freight forwarding concern that was losing a large volume of customer goods and products out of our Boston area freight station, due to theft. We did have security at the location but the thefts continued. Seeking help but not wanting publicity, we contacted Shield Investigations (out of the blue). The regional Operations Manager met with Joe and his associates. After being briefed about our situation, they assured us that their firm could help us and had been successful dealing with similar cases. We were eager to arrest this problem as quickly as possible but had little to go one about Shield Investigations. Joe recommended using a multi-pronged approach: undercover operative, covert video and monitoring trucking. Managing our expectations, he told us he couldn't guarantee success and the outcome depends on factors that could not be known in advance. Shield Investigations coordinated with federal law enforcement and arrests of workers formerly in our employ and the outside were made. As a bonus, we recovered a large amount of the product that had disappeared from our facility over the past two months, before it was moved out of  country. Shield Investigations helped us rid ourselves of a big problem and also disrupted the large scale theft ring.
